The Friends of the Covina Public Library are busy throughout the year raising funds to enhance library programs! And while doing so, we have the pleasure of meeting and getting to know fellow community members!

Below you will find our monthly calendar detailing our events. This will be updated on a regular basis, so we encourage you to checkback frequently. We would love to meet you at one of our outings!

Book sales

Some of our most exciting events of the year are our Book Sales!

Every spring and fall, the Friends of the Covina Public Library cordially invite our fellow readers to our Book Sales, where scores and scores of books are available for purchase. And the proceeds will go towards supporting library programs!

As you peruse through the tables, you will find biographies, classics, contemporary fiction, and non-fiction just waiting for a new owner. And we have not forgotten about the fans of Young Adult and Children’s books. We have plenty of titles available for those genres as well!

You might also find some music you have been searching for, or maybe pick up a magazine or two that catches your eye. And movie fans could score a film they have long wanted.

Our prices cannot be beat! We want to help you add to your home library, and we also would love to meet and talk with you!

Fundraisers

Throughout the year, the Friends of the Covina Public Library hold fundraisers in an effort to assist library programs and build community engagement. We enjoy working with organizations and local businesses, and look to build something special with each of them.
